Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2020, has been postponed in light of the COVID-19, and in accordance with the pronouncements of the Government of Jamaica on March 16, 2020.
JAMT states that the meeting will be rescheduled for a date and time when best suited and safe health-wise, for large gatherings.
JAMT further stated that the proposed stock split record date has to be put back until further notice.
