Jamaican Teas Limited (JAMT) has advised that at a meeting held on November 22, 2019, the Directors of Jamaican Teas Ltd resolved that on December 20, 2019, the Company will pay a capital distribution of three cents per share to Jamaican Teas Ltd’s shareholders of record on December 6, 2019 . The aggregate amount to be distributed will be $20,852,503.77.
The ex-dividend date is December 5, 2019.
