Jamaica Stock Exchange has advised that the Board of Directors of the Company, at a meeting held on January 16, 2013, passed the following resolution:
“That the Directors hereby declare a dividend of Eighty-Eight Million Dollars (88,000,000) for the year 2012, that is $3.14 per stock unit payable on the 6th day of February 2013 to stockholders on record as at the close of business on the 1st of February 2013.
