The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) advises that Mr. Matthew Hogarth has tendered his resignation as a director of the Board of the JSE effective August 13, 2021.
The JSE further advises that Mr. Hogarth’s resignation is not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or Mr. Hogarth’s ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
The JSE takes this opportunity to thank Mr. Hogarth for his service and wish him the best in his future endeavours.
