Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) advises that the board of directors took the following decisions:
1. Mr. Devon Barret (General Manager – Victoria Mutual Wealth Management Limited) was appointed as a director to fill a casual vacancy created by the resignation of former Charmain Allan Lewis.
2. Dr. Derrick McKoy (Director, M/VL Stockbrokers Limited) was appointed as director to fill a casual vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Ed McKie who served the Board with distinction for over twenty-five (25) years.
3. Mr. Christopher Berry was approved as the alternate to Director Gary Peart. Mr. Peart who was recently appointed as a director to fill a casual vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Christopher Berry.
