Record Breaking Performance Jamaica Stock Exchange Main Index Crosses 200,000 Points

The Jamaica Stock Exchange Main Index on Friday, January 27, 2017 crossed the 200,000 point mark to close at an all time high of 206,567.37 points.   The Index continues to increase and closed at 211,846.70 points on Tuesday. This is an increase of over 200,000 points, since the market started at 100 points on February 3, 1969.
