Jamaica Public Services Limited (JPS) has advised that its Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 26, 2021, the Directors considered and approved the declaration of dividends for Preference Shares B, C, D and E payable on July 1, 2021, to shareholders on record at the close of business on June 15, 2021. The ex-dividend date is June 14, 2021.
The dividend payments will be as follows:
7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” – $0.035 per share
5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” – $0.025 per share
5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D” – $0.025 per share
6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” – $0.03 per share
