Jamaica Public Service consideration of Ordinary Dividend Payment

The Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited will be asked to consider the payment of a final
ordinary dividend on April 16, 2012 to shareholders on record on March 30, 2012 at its meeting scheduled for March 30,
2012 as follows: resolved that this Board hereby approves a final dividend of the Jamaica equivalent of US$5,000,000.00
or US0.00022906 per share at the rate of exchange of the Bank of Jamaica`s daily weighted average selling rate on
March 30, 2012 payable on April 16, 2012.
