RESOLVED that this Board HEREBY APPROVES a Class F Preference Share dividend payment of
Five Hundred and Eighty Eight Thousand United States Dollars and Fourteen Cents
(US$588,000.14) or 0.239452054794521 United States Cents per share/stock on the Class F
Preference Shares of the Company payable on November 17, 2023 to share/stockholders on
record at close of business on the 10th day of November 2023. This amount will be distributed
out of retained earnings.
