Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised that the Board of Directors at a meeting scheduled to be held on July 22, 2016 will be asked to consider and approve the declaration of quarterly dividends on October 1, 2016 to shareholders on record at the close of business on September 15, 2016 on the following classes of Preference Shares:
1.3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B”
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C”
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “D”
1.1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E”
