Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS) has advised, that the Board of Directors will be asked to consider declaration of quarterly dividends for the quarters ending December 28, 2015, March 28, 2015 and June 28, 2015 to shareholders of the Class F Cumulative Non-Redeemable shares on record as at September 25, 2015, at a meeting to be held on September 15, 2015.
