RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1 3/4 % on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares “B” of the Company be and hereby is declared payable on the 30th December 2022 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31st December, 2021 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “B” shareholders on record at the close of business on the 15 th day of December 2022 will be paid at a rate of $0.035 per unit
RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1 1/4 % on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares “C” of the Company be and hereby is declared payable on the 30th December 2022 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31 st December, 2021 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “C” shareholders on record at the close of business on the 15 th day of December, 2022 will be paid at a rate of $0.025 per unit.

RESOLVED that a quarterly dividend of 1 1/2 % on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares “E” of the Company be and hereby is declared payable on the 30th December, 2022 out of the net revenues of the Company for the year ending 31 st December, 2021 and/or out of undistributed net revenues of previous years, to Preference “E” shareholders on record at the close of business on 15 th day of December, 2022 will be paid at a rate of $0.030 per unit
