Jamaica Producers Group Limited (JPG) has completed the previously announced sale of its 65% shareholding in JP Fruit Distributors Limited to Dole Food Company, Inc. The sale price was US $41.9 million.
JPG remains involved in the banana industry through its farming, tropical snack food and Jamaican ripening businesses.
