Jamaica Producers Group Limited (JP)- Delay in Audited Financial Statements

Jamaica Producers Group (JP) advises that to allow for the completion of procedures for the initial consolidation of the financial statements of Pan Jamaica Group Limited following the amalgamation of the material businesses of JP and PanJam Investment Limited, JP will be delayed in filing its audited financial statements for the year ended 2023. JP will file its audited financial statements by March 7, 2024.
