At the Board of Directors meeting held on June 2nd, 2004, the payment of two dividends were approved, a first Interim Dividend of 25 cents per stock unit and a Special Dividend of 75 cents per stock unit, will paid to stockholders on record as at June 25, 2004. The payment date is Friday, July 23, 2004.
