The Board of Directors of Jamaica Producers Group Ltd declared an interim dividend of 15 cents per stock payable on February 5, 2010 to shareholders on record as at January 13, 2010. The XDate is January 11, 2010. Also, the company has advised that the Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on Wednesday, 13th January 2010 and will re-open on the morning of Thursday, 21st January 2010. Dividend warrants will be mailed on Friday, 5th February 2010.
