Pegasus Hotels of Jamaica Limited has advised of the following changes to the Board of Directors effective November 24, 2008:

1. Resignation: Louis Williams, L. L. (Laurie) Ventour and Mr. Alston Douglas

2. Appointment: Michael Subratie, Desmond Young and Robert Russell.
