JBG advise that at a Board Meeting held on February 25, 2023, an interim dividend was declared.
The dividend will be ($0.42) forty-two cents per share unit. Based on JBG’s 1,199,275,381 issued share units, the total amount of the proposed dividend will be $503,695,660.02. It is proposed that the record date be Friday, March 17, 2023, and that the payment date be Friday, April 14, 2023.
