JBG advise that at a Board Meeting held on October 4, 2023, an interim dividend was declared.
The dividend will be ($0.44) forty-four cents per share unit. Based on the 1,199,275,381 issued share units of the Company, the total amount of the proposed dividend will be $527,681,167.64. It is proposed that the record date be Friday, October 20, 2023, and that the payment date be Thursday, November 9, 2023.
