The Directors at their meeting on March 19, 1998, approved the payment of a first interim dividend by way of Capital Distribution for 1998 of 24 cents per stock unit to shareholders of record on April 2, 1998. Payment date is May 22, 1998.
The Directors have decided to recommend to the annual general meeting scheduled for May 28th 1998 a bonus of one ordinary share for every four shares held by members on record as at July 9, 1998.
