Dr. Marshall Hall had purchased 223,270 units of JPG shares on the following dates: August 8th, 9th and 12th, 2005. He also purchased an additional 78, 324 units on the following dates: August 19th, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2005.
Mr. Jeffery Hall purchased 150,000 units on August 19,  2005.
