Ja. Broilers Gp. Ltd. (JBG) – Interim Dividend Declared

The board has declared an interim dividend of four cents per stock unit to be paid out of the tax relieved earnings of the company to stockholders on record as at July 1, 1998. Payment date is July 23, 1998.
Based on the 562,161,600 issued stock units of the company, the total amount of the dividend will be $22.4 million.
