Jamaica Broilers Group Ltd.(JBG)- Acquisition

The Board of Directors of the Company at a meeting held on Monday, July 24, 2006 approved the investment in the construction and operation of an Ethanol Production Facility. It is expected that this Facility will be completed by May of 2007, and will have an Annual Ethanol Production capacity of 60 million gallons. The Company anticipates that the initial outlay for this project will be approximately US$17M, and that same will be financed through a combination of debt and equity resources.
