The Board of Directors has, at a meeting held today May 16, 2023, approved a resolution declaring a final dividend of Six Jamaican Cents (.06¢) per ordinary stock unit in respect of shareholders on record at the close of business on May 31, 2023.
The dividend will be payable on June 21, 2023.
The ex-dividend date will be May 30, 2023.
