The Board of Directors has, at a meeting held yesterday May 21, 2024, approved a resolution declaring an interim dividend of Three Jamaica Cents (.03¢) per ordinary stock unit, in respect of shareholders on record at the close of business on June 19, 2024.
The dividend will be payable on July 11, 2024.
The Ex-dividend date will be June 19, 2024.
