Advisory on amended Financial Statements
The Board of Directors wishes to advise that the audited financial statements issued on April 28th, 2023 were amended to disclose transaction costs on the issue of shares and dividends paid prior to the IPO. The resultant changes are an improved profit showing and EPS for the audited year.
