iCreate Limited (ICREATE) has advised on the status of Claim No. SU2021CD00222, in the Matter of The Companies Act 2004 of
Jamaica and in the Matter of an Application by iCreate Limited for directions pursuant to Section 130(2) of the Companies Act 2004 of Jamaica.
ICREATE states that further to the adjourned First Hearing which was held at the Supreme Court of Judicature, on May 26, 2021, in Chambers, before the Honourable Mr. Justice David Batts, he ordered that:
“The Claimant is permitted to serve its shareholders with the Amended Fixed Date Claim Form or Further Amended Fixed Date Claim Form, Affidavit in Support, Notice of Hearing and this Order by: –
a. Electronic means;
b. Posting on the website of the Jamaica Stock Exchange;
c. Posting on the website of the Claimant, iCreate Limited; and
d. One (1) advertisement in the Sunday daily newspaper with national
circulation at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date fixed for Hearing.”
The First Hearing of the Fixed Date Claim Form has been scheduled for July 12, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. for one-half (½) hour.

May 27, 2021, indicating that the Claimant will be seeking orders in relation to the manner in which its General Meetings may proceed in light of the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus (COVID-19) pursuant to Section 130(2) of the Companies Act 2004.
