Hardware & Lumber Limited (HL) has advised that Mrs. Andrea Coy, CEO of HL will demit office effective March 1, 2014 to take up the position of Snr. General Manager, Global Category Management in the Grace Foods division of GraceKennedy Limited. Ms. Donna Doran, current HL Chief Financial Officer, will assume the position of Acting CEO of HL effective March 1, 2014. Mr. Jonathan Ruddock, Financial Accountant will, as of March 1, 2014 function as Acting Chief Financial Officer.
