Group Re-Organization
The Hardware & Lumber Group is in the process of merging its subsidiary businesses into the parent company. As part of the process, a number of subsidiary companies including Rapid & Sheffield Company Limited, H&L True Value Limited and Agro-Grace Limited will be voluntarily wound up.
Following the completion of the winding up process, these subsidiaries will cease operating as separate legal entities and will instead become trading divisions of the parent company, Hardware & Lumber Limited.
What This Means:
This re-organization will allow for greater operational efficiencies, less paper work and greater response time.
Shareholders will see legal notices in the newspapers advising of the winding up of these companies, however, Agro Grace, Rapid & Sheffield and H&L True Value remain fully open for business as divisions of Hardware & Lumber.
