At a special meeting of the Board of Directors of Hardware & Lumber Limited held on Monday January 30, 2012, the following changes were approved: 1) Mr. Simon Roberts- Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) resigned from the company effective January 31, 2012 to take up a senior position within the GraceKennedy Food group. 2) Mr. Erwin Burton, the Chairman has been appointed to act as the CEO from February 1 to March 31, 2012. 3) Mrs. Andrea Coy will be appointed CEO of Hardware & Lumber effective April 1, 2012. Mrs. Coy, an accountant by training and former General Manager of Hi-Lo Foods Stores Jamaica, is currently the General Manager of World Brands, a subsidiary of the GraceKennedy group.
