Hardware & Lumber Limited (HL) has advised that as a result of the retirement of Mr. Joseph Taffe from GraceKennedy Limited, he has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Hardware & Lumber Limited, with effect from 28 February 2011.
HL has further advised that Ms. Grace Burnett has been appointed a Director of the Board of Hardware & Lumber Limited with effect from 1 March 2011.
