Hardware & Lumber Limited has advised that Mr. Paul Hanworth a member of the Audit Committee has been appointed Chairman of the Committee with effect from 19 October 2012. Also, Mrs. M. Audrey Hinchcliffe, a current director has been appointed to the Audit Committee until a replacement for Mr. Davis is identified. Mr. Davis had resigned from both the Board and the Audit Committee.
