Hardware & Lumber Limited has advised of the following:
1. The appointment of Andrew Kerr as Acting Chief Financial Officer;
2. The appointment of Dave Myrie as Chief Operating Officer/ Deputy CEO effective January 1, 2009;
3. The consolidation of Agro-Grace and Rapid True Value, Ocho Rios operations into one single location at 105 Main Street effective January 5, 2009;
4. The closure of Rapid True Value, Sav-la-mar branch at the end of February 2009; and
5. The redundancy of eighty (80) persons over the next two (2) months.
