Hardware and Lumber has advised that at its Board meeting held on December 18, 2014  the Board of Directors has adopted the resolution to declare an interim dividend of $0.32 per stock unit payable on January 23, 2015 to stockholders on record as at the close of business on January 7, 2015. The Ex date is January 5, 2015.
