The directors have recommended a final dividend of 30 cents per share. Together with the interim dividend of eight cents per share paid last year, this amounts to a total dividend of 38 cents per share. This final dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register of members as at March 29, 2001 which is the record date set for this purpose.
A record date of March 22, 2001 has set for the purpose of determining those persons entitled to notice of the annual meeting. It is proposed that the dividend cheques will be mailed out on April 4, 2001.
