Guardian Holdings Ltd. (GHL) – Interim Dividend

At the Board meeting on August 5, 2003, after consideration of the unaudited results for the half-year ended June 20, 2003, it was decided to pay an interim dividend of twelve cents per share to the members on register as at August 21, 2003. Payment date is August 28, 2003.
