Guardian Holdings Limited has advised the Stock Exchange that due to the unavailability of advertising space in Trinidad and Jamaica they are unable to publish its Financials Highlights of the Group Consolidated Accounts and Notice to Shareholders advising of the Record Date for Notice of Meeting on March 22, 2007 as previously advised.
Publication is now scheduled for Friday March 23, 2007.
