Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) has advised that the Board met on July 29, 2021 and approved the unaudited financial results to June 30, 2021.
GHL also advised that the following decisions were also taken at this meeting:-
(1) For the period ended June 30, 2021, the Directors have decided to pay an Interim Dividend of TT$0.18 per share to the Members on the Register as at August 12, 2021.
(2) The Transfer Books and the Register of Members will therefore close on August 12, 2021.
(3) The dividend payment date will be August 30, 2021.
The ex-dividend date is August 11, 2021.
