Guardian Holdings Limited (“GHL”) wishes to advise that Ms. Keesha Sahadeo accepted the appointment as Group Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of GHL on 25th February, 2024, which shall become effective on 1st May, 2024.
The incumbent Group CFO, Ms. Samanta Saugh, will transition to the role of President of Guardian Life of The Caribbean Limited effective 1st June, 2024.
