Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) has advised that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at its registered office at 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago at 4:30 p .m. The company has also declared a final dividend of TT$0.37 per stock unit payable on April 16, 2009 to shareholders on record as at April 9, 2009. The X-Date is April 7, 2009.
