Guardian Holdings Limited (“the Company/ the Group”) advises that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 15, 2023, Mrs. Krystal Baynes- Hoseinee, who holds the role as Assistant Secretary has been appointed to the position of Chief Governance Officer & Corporate Secretary of the Company with effect from January 1, 2024.
The Board further advises that Mr. Richard Avey continues in the capacity of Group General Counsel.
