Guardian Holdings Limited has advised that the date of the publication of notice in press to shareholders of summary of accounts, notice of intention to pay a dividend indicating rate, period covered, date of payment, date when shares will commence trading ex-dividend and dates of closure of the register has been changed to March 31, 2009 instead of April 1, 2009, as previously stated.
