GraceKennedy – Stock Grants to Executive Management/Directors’ & Senior Management Dealings in Securities

GraceKennedy has advised that at a meeting held on September 25, 2014, the Directors approved stock grants to Executive Management Officers of a combined total of 1,238,571 stock units from Employee Investment Trust. Also to other Management Officers of the Group of a combined total of 1,750,750 stock unit.
