Mr. Brian Goldson has resigned from GraceKennedy Limited to pursue his personal interests external to the GraceKennedy group. Effective July 24, 2006, Ms. Joan-Marie Powell has been appointed the Managing Director of GraceKennedy Remittance Services Ltd. Mr. Joe Taffe has been appointed Chief Operating Officers (COO) for the Information Services Division, in addition to his current responsibilities as COO for the Financial Services Division.
In order for the GraceKennedy group become more competitive, we have been pursuing strategies to streamline our operations across the group. These new arrangements will facilitate the improvement of our internal efficiencies between the Information Services Division and the Financial Services Division.
