GraceKennedy Ltd – Advised of the Transfer of FGFS Shares by PWL Transition Ltd to GK Capital Management Ltd.

GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that on June 26, 2014 GK Capital Management Ltd (an indirect subsidiary of GraceKennedy Ltd) acquired from PWL Transition Ltd (formerly First Global Financial Services Ltd (FGFS)), by way of a trade across the floor of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE), 10,200,000 ordinary stock units in the JSE. The transfer of the said stock units in the JSE was part of the larger transaction whereby all the shares in FGFS were sold by GK`s indirect subsidiary First Global Holdings Limited to Proven Investments Limited and the price agreed took into account the overall deal.
