GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that 15,729 GK shares were issued to a director of the company pursuant to the exercise of stock that the transfer was effected on July 11, 2016. GK also advised that the option exercised was under the cashless settlement option method under which participants were allocated stock units representative of the gain that they would have had on the sale of the shares at the strike price and current market values.
