GraceKennedy Limited (GK) – Notice of Proceedings
GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that the Company has applied to the Court through its attorney, Myers, Fletcher & Gordon for an order to hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting, virtual.
Pursuant to Section 130(2) of the Companies Act, 2004, on May 6, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., the Supreme Court of Jamaica will hear Claim No SU 2021 CD 00083 in relation to the Company’s application to host virtual general meetings, in light of the outbreak of the SARS-CoV 2 (Coronavirus COVID-19).
GK further advised that copies of the Fixed Claim Form and the Affidavit in Support of the Fixed Claim Form may be found on the Company’s website at https://www.gracekennedy.com.
