GraceKennedy Limited (GK) Declares Dividend

GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that its Board of Directors on 9 May 2024, passed the following Resolution:

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 14 June 2024 of 55 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $545 Million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 24 May 2024.   The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 24 May 2024 to the close of business on 3 June 2024.
