GraceKennedy Limited (GK) Declares Dividend

GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that its Board of Directors on 31 July 2023, passed the following Resolution:

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 22^nd September 2023 of 52 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $515 Million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 1^st September 2023.   The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 1^st September 2023 to 8^th September 2023.
