News Release – GraceKennedy Q3 2021 Results Release Final
GraceKennedy (GK) has advised that its Board of Directors on 11th November 2021, passed the following Resolutions:
- An interim dividend of 55 cents per stock unit be paid on 16th December 2021 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 26th of November 2021.
- The Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 26th November 2021 to the close of business on the 3rd of December 2021.
The ex-dividend date is 25th November 2021.
